Partnership Account Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks : As Partnership Account Manager (m/f/d) within our marketing department, you
will maximize the value and activation of our international partnerships to
strategically develop the Lidl-Trek brand.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic and operational management and further development of a portfolio of top
international partners of Lidl-Trek for long-term customer retention and development
of new upselling potential
End-to-end governance of contractual rights management, ensuring the seamless
and optimized delivery of all partnership assets across social media, content, PR,
events, and hospitality through close cross-functional alignment.
Driving the conceptualization, budget control, and flawless delivery of innovative
brand activation campaigns that resonate with target audiences and maximize
partnership value
Conceptual design and operational management of first-class on-site hospitality
programs at race events, including personal on-site support for partners, organization
of exclusive VIP experiences and subsequent budget and invoice control
Delivering advanced performance tracking, ROI analytics, and management
reporting to continuously optimize activations, while leveraging global best practices
to strategically scale the partnership portfolio

Profile:
Professional experience in account management in professional sports or
entertainment
Completed studies in the field of economics or the sports sector
Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills, combined with a
collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Analytical way of thinking paired with an independent working style
Fluent in English; German is a bonus
Willingness to travel within Europ
