Responsibilities:

• Follow up and improve order fulfillment process efficiency to ensure on-time delivery;
• Track shipment and revenue targets, analyze risks and opportunities;
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and follow up on customer-related project tasks;
• Manage headquarters/local/channel inventory, proactively prevent inventory risks, and improve overall inventory turnover (ITO);
• Regularly monitor, organize, and analyze delivery and logistics-related data;

Requirements:

• 3 years Products delivery/Planning or related working experience preferred;
• Bachelor degree (or above) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or similar majors;
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking;
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in written and spoken Chinese, English, and German;
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI or other data analysis tools is a plus.

岗位职责:

• 跟进并提升订单履行流程效率,确保按时交付;
• 跟进出货与收入目标达成情况,分析风险与机会;
• 协调跨部门合作,跟进客户相关项目任务;
• 管控总部/本地/渠道库存,提前预防库存风险,提升整体库存周转率(ITO);
• 定期监控整理并分析交付以及物流相关数据;

任职要求:

• 拥有 3年产品交付、计划或相关领域的工作经验者优先;
• 本科及以上学历,供应链管理、物流、工商管理等相关专业优先;
• 具备良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力;
• 具备良好的沟通能力,要求中、英、德文书写和口语流利;
• 熟练使用Excel,有powerBI等其他数据分析工具能力为加分项
