MANAGING DIRECTOR Orthodontics (m/f/d) EMEA

As Managing Director, you will assume full operational leadership responsibility for our Orthodontics business and organization, leading its continued success. Your role is to shape the company's long-term strategy as a member of the Global Orthodontics Leadership Team, driving profitable growth, and ensuring operational excellence while fostering a culture of innovation and integrity. You will represent the company both internally and externally, securing our market leadership in the dental industry and delivering value to patients, customers, shareholders, and employees alike.

Drive the strategic development of the company, especially with focus on Sales and Marketing activities: market positioning, international expansion within EMEA markets, innovation, and digital transformation
Implementation of global corporate strategies at the national level
Lead, mentor and develop the local management team and foster a value-based corporate culture
Ensure governance, compliance and ESG standards: regulatory compliance (e.g., MDR, ISO, GMP), risk management, sustainability and corporate governance
University degree in business (MBA), dentistry, medical technology, or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in the dental industry, preferably extensive leadership experience in the dental or medical technology industry
Proven track record in business development and international expansion
Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality management and compliance, especially in the dental or medical industry
Fluent or native-level English and proficient German language skills; French language skills considered a plus
International experience and willingness to travel;
