A well-backed international Independent Power Producer (IPP) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager based in Germany to lead the delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects across Europe. This is an owner-side role with significant autonomy, offering the opportunity to take a key position in the construction phase of major renewable assets within a fast-growing, international platform at the forefront of the energy transition.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the construction phase of utility-scale renewable energy projects, from Notice to Proceed through commissioning and handoverAct as the Owner/Developer representative , overseeing EPC contractors, consultants, and key stakeholdersTake responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, HSE, and risk management throughout the construction lifecycleCoordinate multiple interfaces in parallel, including internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and local authoritiesMonitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement proactive mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and local regulationsProvide regular reporting on project status, milestones, and key issues to senior managementRequired Experience & Qualifications~7+ years' experience in construction project management (10+ years advantageous)~ Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering , or a related technical discipline~ Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale construction projects~ Experience managing EPC contractors and construction-phase stakeholders~ Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, less-structured environment

Preferred BackgroundExperience in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, battery storage, or similar)Exposure to large-scale, multi-disciplinary infrastructure or energy projectsExperience working on the developer / IPP / owner's side is a strong advantage
